Experience: Currently coordinating the operations of a Knowledge Management service in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa; 15 years of experience in business management within private ownerships and multinational consulting firms with a focus on information and knowledge management, compliance services, business process engineering, internal controls, information systems design and implementation (including IT feasibility studies, IT Due Diligence) and IT project management.
Outside business: During 2015 I started a charity to help abandoned children in Romania. “Tzuby’s Kids” Association is committed to work on real solutions: 1) integrating children in foster families to shorten time spent in institutions as much as possible; 2) training staff working with abandoned children as well as foster and adoptive parents in dealing with children facing trauma; 3) supporting long term development of institutionalized children addressed through education, art and play therapy; 4) supporting legislation changes in affiliation with other similar organizations.
