Steve Jobs: Apple is organized like a start-up

If you want to hire great people and have them stay working for you, you have to let them take decisions and you have to be run by ideas, not hierarchy. Otherwise, great people won’t stay.

    1. Thanks, Adam. I was asked to provide a training on virtual teams management and I wanted to emphasize “trust” as a most important ingredient in leading a virtual team to success. This is how I found the interview and I realized that Steve Jobs was also thinking and acting as I do :D
      So, we are also making some steps here :)
